Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager works with displaced individuals and families to secure safe and habitable housing. Housing Case Managers are responsible for conducting program participant screenings and intakes, create monthly supportive services plan to address barriers that may affect housing stability, monitor program participants’ progress by completing interim reports when household changes occur.
